KA1 DING:
«European Group Dynamics: A Future For Young People»
KA1 DING is a project coordinated by MAD for Europe that has been held in Madrid, Spain, from the 8th to the 13th of May 2022.
With this Youth Exchange, we aimed to focus on improving and learning
different techniques to work in groups placing the youth workers (from 18 to 30 years old) in different realities that they will have to face once they start their first jobs.
