| 10:30– 11:00 | Presentation of the Project; explanation of the details; follow-up on selection criteria and participants’ insurance. Definition of work strategies for group training before the starting of the Project. |
| 11:00 – 11:45 | Reflection on the activity plan – Refinement of Action: 1) Theme and all related activities 2) Subdivision in class (group dynamics to develop, group games, energizers, brainstorming, multicultural events, etc…) 3) Visits and Activities 4) Preparation of the risk management list and its solutions 5) Participation and coordination of the final project event in Madrid 6) Accommodation for participants and meals |
